Bay Room

With a gorgeous harvest table from McMaster University library and a wall of wine displayed on a hardwood shelf, the Bay room creates a comfortable yet polished atmosphere perfect for a small boardroom meeting or an intimate dinner. This room features sliding doors with tinted glass to optimize comfort and privacy, a 63” flat screen TV that may be used for presentations and volume control within the room itself. The Bay room has a comfortable capacity of 12 guests, but can accommodate a tight maximum of 14 with a header at either end of the table. It is not suitable for standing functions.

Lunch: $500 – subject to seasonal fluctuations

Dinner: $750

Adelaide Room

Featuring floor-to-ceiling windows facing Adelaide Street and a modern, full-ceiling chandelier, the Adelaide room is an adaptable space with the ability to suit several different styles of events ranging from sit down dinners to small weddings. The Adelaide room’s 16 foot sliding doors may be left open to create an offset space that still feeds off of the atmosphere of the rest of the restaurant; or be closed to create a private space, in which you have control over the music volume within the room. Use of our concealable 72” flat screen TV in included in the room’s minimum spend, but may only be used with sound if the doors are closed. The Adelaide room does not include high-top cruiser tables: if desired, we are able to arrange for a rental from our preferred supplier.

Sit down dinners:  up to 22 at one long table (all guests facing TV); 23-30 at 3 parallel tables (half of group will have backs to TV)

Cocktail functions: 30-40 comfortably. Up to 50 if doors are left open (very tight)

Theatre-style: up to 30 seated in rows with path down centre of room

Lunch: $1000 – subject to seasonal fluctuations

Dinner: $1500-$2000

Larger parties that do not require full privacy may have the option open up the space to a few high-top tables in the main dining room, which would be rearranged in an L suit.  Accommodates up to 75.

Minimum spends for the combined space vary based on date, start time & time of year; available upon request.

Upper Level Buyout

Open balcony-style to the bar-lounge downstairs, this floor is a beautiful space to hold your next casual to semi-formal sit-down dinner of up to 120 or celebratory or networking cocktail function of up to 200 guests. Because the two floors are open to one another, sound travels freely between the two: the revelry of happy-hour heroes and shuffleboard players and the DJ who plays Wed-Fri are all factors that affect volume. As such, speeches, with or without microphones, are not possible. We do not allow any A/V on this level, with exception of slideshows that may be displayed on the Adelaide Room’s television.

Minimum spends vary based on date, start time & time of year; quotes available upon request

Bar-Lounge, Patio and Full-restaurant buyouts:  Only available for Saturday and Sunday bookings. Minimum spends vary based on date, start time & time of year; quotes available upon request
